Pupils are admitted to the our schools/college only after request for a placement from a Local Authority. Local Authorities commission places and pupils are admitted following a formal referral process which conforms to the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice.
Schools/College cannot offer places themselves outside of the Code of Practice and Local Authority referral process. All of our Pupils will have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
We encourage children and parents to visit the school prior to admission to enable both the school and the parents to be sure that the placement can meet the needs of the child.
